Current Status of Rebuilding Effort

Apologies for the delay in updating our progress.

It is now the middle of July and reconstruction is moving forward. Things are happening!

Spain Construction is managing a significant amount of the work. Basic site work, which includes setting up the lot to be able to pour a foundation has been completed. The first stage of pouring the foundation is also complete and the crew working on the foundation is waiting on plumbers who are also substantially finished. Electrical plans are in the latter stages and as soon as the permit is obtained, the electrical company will begin their slab work which will enable us to finish pouring the foundation. (???) We are just as confused as you are.

The main point being that we already have the building; just waiting for the foundation to be poured and this is when things will really take off.

Although there are still a number of hurdles to overcome, it looks like the building erection will begin in early August.

From there, the opening gets pushed back into middle of September at best. Rest assured that everyone is doing the best they can to move this along.
