Old W2s: As most of you know, providing payroll for the employees has been challenging given that all of the records were destroyed in the fire. In many cases, no social security numbers are on hand and no year-to-date records exist.

The reporting for 2006 was completed and submitted so taxes for 2006 are not affected.

Current Withholding: A computer has been provided at the store for checking your withholding information. If changes need to be made, please see the office manager, fill out a form indicating your new withholding, and return it to the office manager.

Hours: The same computer that shows withholding information will allow you to review your hours as clocked in the timeclock.
