As reported when we first put this site up, "Rest assured that we will try our best to rehire each and every one of you when operations resume, if you are interested. This is a very difficult time for all of us, but better times are on the horizon and it is our hope that you will be as excited as we are when you see the building reappearing."

Well things are moving along. Although we do not know the exact time of reopening, that time is becoming more clear. At this point it appears that the main structure, electrical, refrigeration, etc. will be completed sometime in October and that we will begin stocking the store sometime in October. At that time we will be hiring some positions to aid in this process, so applications are being taken now.

It is really important that all former employees submit an application also. Many of our records are missing and it is quite likely that what we have is not accurate for many of you.
